TSE ratifica sentencia anula reservas del PRM

El Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE) ratificó este jueves la sentencia TSE-027-2019, que anuló la reserva a las candidaturas a senadores del Partido Revolucionario Moderno.

La decisión fue adoptada luego de que el PRM invocara un recurso de revisión de la nombrada sentencia.

El fallo fue acogido con los votos disidentes de los magistrados Román Andrés Jáquez Liranzo, juez presidente y Ramón Arístides Madera Arias, juez titular, cuyas razones jurídicas serán incorporadas a la sentencia íntegra. Estos magistrados también tuvieron votos disidentes en el fallo recurrido.

El TSE ratificó el dictamen en razón de que en el caso no se configura ninguna de las causales de revisión invocadas por el recurrente.

La demanda en nulidad parcial de las reservas de candidaturas fue interpuesta por Fidel Alberto Tavárez, quien aspira a senador por Monte Plata, y procuraba que se anulara la lista depositada por ante la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) el 22 de junio pasado
